<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain drive electric power for a micromachine through wireless, utilizing optical energy supplied from the outside without wasting by optoelectrically converting the irradiated light without losing. SOLUTION: This power supply equipment consists of a optoelectric transfer element (solar battery 6) and a light reflector 9. The optoelectric transfer element is so installed as to overlap a region on the surface of a microwave antenna 1, having a microstrip antenna structure which has little effects on the microwaves. The light reflector 9 is made of such a material which transmits microwaves and is so installed as to overlap the other region on the surface of the antenna 1 other than the one installed with the optoelectric transfer element. The surface of the light reflector is slanted, so that light irradiated on the light reflecting body 9 is reflected towards the detecting face of the optoelectric transfer element.</p> |
