<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve conversion efficiency by forming a yoke made of magnetic material around a pair of magnetic material layers, and connecting the paired magnetic material layers with each other by the yoke. SOLUTION: A voltage conversion part 2 comprising a transformer pinches a sprial transmission line 41 between facing care parts 4 and 4, and a pair of yokes 40 and 40 are formed on the outer peripheral part, and grounding conductors 42 and 42 are formed on the outside. Then each of the core parts 4 is provided with an insulation layer 6 on one surface 5a of a magnetic material layer 5 and an insulation layer 7 on the other surface 5b thereof. In addition, the shape of a counter surface 5a of the respective magnetic material layer 5 is rectangular, and its long side is less than three times as long as its short side. The output side of the transmission line 41 is connected with a cold cathode tube 20, and the input side thereof is connected with a switch circuit 35. Furthermore the output terminal of the lower grounding conductor 42 is connected with the cold cathode tube 20, and the input terminal thereof is connected with the switch circuit 35.
