PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a telephone function from being hindered by receiving a reception detection channel that is set between reception data blocks in the case of receiving a music distribution service to receive an incoming call through the channel even when downloading music data. SOLUTION: A mobile phone terminal that can download music data by using a music distribution service stores compressed music data to a memory 15 via an audio processing circuit 4 and a controller 1, reads desired data and an audio expansion processing circuit expands the data and a D/A converter 11 converts the expanded data into an analog signal. When an amount of downloaded data reaches a prescribed amount, the controller 1 selects a control channel to discriminate the arrival of an incoming call. When no incoming call arrives, the music data of a succeeding block is downloaded. When receiving an incoming call, a count of a load counter is stored in a memory in the controller 1, the controller 1 sets a speech channel to make a speech, and when the speech is finished, downloading of the music data is started from a count next to the stored count of the load counter.
