PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize an image processor which is inexpensive even for a large-scale circuit having large memory by decreasing the number of pins of an image processing IC for outputting memory control signals. SOLUTION: In the image processor composed of image processing systems, each image processing system is the image processor which is constituted including an identical same image process IC and memories as a means for storing image frames so that at least >=2 of the memories operate in different timing. In this case, the image processing ICs have arithmetic processing parts 50, 51 and 52 for images, a generation part 54 for timing for their arithmetic processes, control timing generation parts 55, 56 and 57 which control different memories, and a memory control signal selecting circuit part 58 which switches and outputs at least >=2 memory control timing signals.
