PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic device with the power amplifier of simple constitution with good linearity by providing a correction assembly having a low-power power preamplifier in the same style with a power stage and a coupling device coupling an input signal with the output signal of a preamplifier to cancel nonlinearity. SOLUTION: This device has the correction assembly having the low-power preamplifier in the same type with the power stage and the coupling device coupling the input signal with the output signal of the preamplifier so as to cancel nonlinearity. For example, a high-frequency amplifier 20 of a tranceiver assembly is characterized by that a level and phase adjuster 37 generates as two outputs 40 and 41 two signals which are one signal in phase with the input signal and reverse-phase signal. The two signals are inputted to preamplifiers 45 and 46. The output signals of the amplifiers 35, 45, and 46 are subtracted and added by a subtracter 50 and an adder 51, respectively. The output signal of the subtracter 50 represents extracted distortion. The output signal of the adder 51 is a pre-distortion signal to be supplied to a high-frequency stage 21.
