PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated chip component which can increase the positional accuracy of a terminal electrode and can be made small in size. SOLUTION: External electrodes 4 and 5 connected to internal electrodes 2 and 3 are provided on an outer peripheral surface of the laminated chip component. Terminal electrodes 6 and 7 are formed into form of a conductor pattern, on at least one of front and rear surface of the chip part. Relaying internal electrodes 8 and 9 connected to the external electrodes 4 and 5 are built in the interior of the chip part in the vicinity of the terminal electrodes 6 and 7. The terminal electrodes 6 and 7 are connected to the relaying internal electrodes 8 and 9 associated therewith through via holes 10 and 11.
