PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a clear fit feeling despite of a semi-lock type lock device. SOLUTION: Lock arms 28 are molded integrally to a connector cap 20 in a cantilever condition and are capable of elastic tilt which downward incline tips thereof. Connection guide slopes 28a are formed at the tips and are tapered. Connection hold protrusions 29 each of which projects to the lock arm 28 side of the other on the side mutually opposite are respectively formed at the tips of the lock arms 28, and are possible to engage with a connection protrusion 15 of a connector 10. Surfaces on base end sides of the lock arms 28 of the connection hold protrusions 29 are steep sheer in a thickness direction of the lock arms 28 (deflection direction thereof), but connection release guide slopes 29A having inclinations which extend toward the base side of the protrusions 29 are formed in a width direction of the lock arms 28 (a direction normal to the deflection direction).
