摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently read an image at high speed with a small heat emission when light sources are on and also read the image with satisfactory image quality. SOLUTION: LED chip groups 64R, 64G and 64B of respective colors, which are constituted of a plurality of LED chips, are arranged and images are formed on lines CCD 30R, 30G and 30B different for the respective colors. Thus, light emitted from the LED chips can be used without waste and and causes no light intensity deficiency. Since lines CCD 30R, 30G and 30B are supported by a positioning mechanism and positions can mechanically (actually, by current) control to a piezoelectric element) be moved, dislocation between image forming positions and lines CCD 30R, 30G and 30B, which occurs when the diameter of focused image spots are small, can be corrected even after assembly.</p>
