The two arched plate-shaped parts (2,3) of the pressure body are joined by an elastic bridge-piece (4) and have an opening (12,13) between them, through which the guide bar is inserted. Each part has at least one handle (17,18) enlarging the opening by bringing the handles closer together. The two parts have radially outward extending pressure surfaces (5-8) by which pressure can be applied for instance to a wound-dressing.
