An energy-dissolving detector (3) is fixed such that a radiation come from a single crystal (2) at various angles depending on the orientation of a secondary network group and then is registered. The crystal (2) is rotated about the surface perpendicular to the crystal into two positions which differ about 90o and that the orientation of the energies determined with these two positions is calculated.
