PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish heating or cooling and filtering in one stage by an arrangement wherein a heating/cooling fluid flows through a hollow wire and a fluid to be filtered flows through a slit from one side toward the other side of a hollow wire disposed in parallel. SOLUTION: A hollow wedge wire 3 has inlet and outlet of a heating/cooling fluid flowing therethrough. Consequently, the heating/cooling fluid flows through the hollow wedge wire 3 and a fluid to be filtered flows through a slit 4 from one side face of the hollow wedge wire 3 toward the other side face 3a thereof. During operation, the fluid to be filtered containing particles to be filtered flows through the slit 4 of the hollow wedge wire 3 arranged in parallel, as shown by an arrow, and the filtered particles 10 deposit on the surface 3a of the hollow wedge wire 3. |
