A drug composition for percutaneous absorption, comprising (a) an active ingredient selected from the group consisting of quinazoline derivatives having a alpha 1-receptor blocking effect and salts thereof, (b) a substance selected from the group consisting of C8-C15 fatty acids, C8-C16 fatty acid esters, C8-C12 higher alcohols, and geraniol, (c) a substance selected from the group consisting of polyhydric alcohols and ethanol and, if necessary, (d) benzyl alcohol. This composition enables efficient percutaneous absorption of terazosin or other drugs.
