SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium 1 having an information recording area 2 and an information rewriting or writing forbiddance display area 3 on the transparent substrate, capable of recording or reproducing information with light and having no jacket case for protection, the information recording area 2 and the information rewriting or writing forbiddance display area 3 are formed from the same optical information recording layer and whether information rewriting or writing is forbidden or not can be judged by seeing the rewriting or writing forbiddance display area 3 under visible light. |
