<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent resin from leaking or a wire from biting into a molding die when a wire-fitted terminal is insert-molded using a resin material. SOLUTION: A wire module 1 is made up by crimp terminals 4, 5 with both ends of wires 6 to form wire-fitted terminals 2, and arranging the plurality of wire-fitted terminals 2 inside an insulation coating layer 3 to form connector moldings 10, 11 and a wire circuit body 12. If the terminal 4 is female, the connector moldings 10, 11 have each a connector housing for inserting the wire- fitted terminals 2 thereinto and a terminal holder installed on the terminal insertion side of the connector housing. The connector housing is waterproofing having a waterproof wall formed so as to swell out to the opposite side of the terminal insertion side on an outer wall surface of a housing body insertedly mounted with the terminal 4, 5. If the terminals 4, 5 are a male, the connector moldings 10, 11 have each a terminal erecting holder for fixing the wire-fitted terminals 2 and wires.</p> |
