PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working precision, to reduce a down-time, and to preliminarily prevent the stop of a task of a client, resulting from the stop of a machine due to other than the required checks by preliminarily performing diagnosis according to the history information of a machine, and allowing a service main to execute only necessary periodic check, and giving proper instructions to the service main for the contents of the work. SOLUTION: Abnormality information, preliminarly abnormality information, and additional information reported by the copying machine of a client is time sequentially stored in the received information storing part of a managing device in the order of the reception data for each device type and number. The state of storage in the case of the report to the managing device is indicated. Whether or not the trend of the change in an image control voltage value deviates from a basic pattern is judged, based on these information. As a result, whether or not a service main should be dispatched is decided. |
