<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a correlation value signal having high accuracy and high reliability by supplying the output signal of an L-chip accumulator, which inputs a sample and outputs an intermediate correlation value signal to M number of input terminals of an adder and regarding its output as the correlation value signal outputted by the device. SOLUTION: The output of an L-chip accumulator 101 is supplied to buffers 102-1 to 102-M. Output enable signals of the buffers 102-1 to 102-M and RAMs 104-1 to 104-M are complementarily controlled through inverters 103-1 to 103-M. Furthermore, multiplication coefficientsα1 toαM, supplied to multipliers 121-1 to 121-M, are generated by a multiplication value generation part 122 and vary for every L×N clock according to the pattern of search codes of L×M period. The multipliers 121-1 to 121-M input outputs, which are selected by the output enable signals from among the outputs of the buffers 102-1 to 102-M. An adder 105 outputs as the final correlation value signal the correlation value signal which was obtained by adding the outputs of the multipliers 121-1 to 121-M.</p> |
