PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electronic equipment which can be applied to various types of uses by attaching movably a flap between a 1st protecting/ operating position and a 2nd non-protecting/non-operating position. SOLUTION: This equipment includes a keyboard 4 and a surface where a user connecting means such as a display 5 is prepared, and the keyboard 4 consists of a housing part 7 having an opening part 8 prepared for the keys which have elastic relations to a back plate 9. Then a flap 11 is attached movably between a 1st protecting/operating position, where the keys 6 are placed on the display 5 consisting of a touch panel and a 1s function group is provided, a 2nd non-protecting/non-operating position where no touch panel is used, and a 2nd function group is provided.
