摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit and receive the data for the communication and also to keep the high quality of audio communication by providing a data receiving means and a voice decoding circuit which decodes in voices the communication data, from which the data communication data are extracted by the data receiving means. SOLUTION: Communication data which are sent from an audio communication device 1 of the transmitting side are received by an audio communications equipment 2 of the receiving side via a communication circuit 3. Then the received communication data are inputted to a data deciding circuit 12 of a voice decoding means 10 and it is decided whether the communication data received by the circuit 12 are equal to the communication data of a data insertion mode including the data communication data. Then the received communication data are directly outputted to a voice decoding circuit 13 and decoded into the voice signals there in a voice decoding process. Thus, it is possible to transmit and receive the data communication data and to perform the data communication with high quality kept for the audio communication.
