Pulp consistency control has a circular distributor with a symmetrical overflow machine gives high flow consistency. The assembly to set the pulp consistency, at a papermaking machine, has a circular distributor (1) with a symmetrical overflow (2). It has two divisible sets of connections for part-flow section channels (5), where each has two connected symmetrically to a mixer (8). Or there are two or more circular distributors, each with a connection for a part-flow section channel to a mixer, and the mixer has a number of inlet connections matching the number of circular distributors. Each mixer has a connected and symmetrical dilution water channel (6).
