Plug connector comprises press-fit sleeve (4) arranged in holding region (28) of outer sleeve and having screw-thread on the clamping nut (2). The power clamp holder consists of clamping piece (3) arranged inside connector (1) for outer coat (11) of light guide cable (10), internal sleeve (5) and clamping pieces (7) for the optical waveguide (14). The internal sleeve has a ring flange (15) which forms a stop surface of the front of the outer sleeve (6) of the ferrule (16). The contact area has large static friction between the internal sleeve and the clamping pieces than between clamping pieces and pressure piece (30). The clamping piece has complementary internal cones (21,24) to the internal sleeve and pressure piece aligned with outer cones (22,23).
