摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retard drop in capacity holding characteristics even if a battery is exposed to a high temperature by constituting at least a part of a portion coming in contact with an electrolyte with polyolefin, and constituting the contact surface with the electrolyte with polyolefin containing an antioxidant but not containing a compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group. SOLUTION: A part coming in contact with an electrolyte of a separator for separating a positive electrode and a negative electrode or battery case of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery is constituted with polyolefin containing an antioxidant but not containing a compound having a phenolic hydroxyl group. As the antioxidant, amine base or phosphorous base compound is used, and a part coming in contact with the electrolyte is constituted with polyolefin not containing the compound having the phenolic hydroxyl group so that it is not eluted in the electrolyte. As a positive electrode active material, a composite metal oxide containing lithium and a transition metal is used. |
