PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the heat dissipation of a control part positively regardless of the contact condition of a frame and a flange, and improve quality by attaching a stator and a bracket to a printed circuit wiring board mounting the control part, and integrally forming it by mold resin having electrical insulation. SOLUTION: A bracket 4 is positioned near a control part 3 on a printed circuit wiring board 2 by a mold so that a thin portion 6 between the control part 3 and the bracket 4 may be minimized, and the printed circuit wiring board 2 having a stator 1, the control part 3 and the bracket 4 are integrally formed by mold resin 5 having electrical insulation. The insulation on the control part 3 and bracket 4 is ensured by the mold resin 5 on the thin portion 6. As a result, the control part 3 can be dissipated positively regardless of the contact condition of a frame and a flange mounting a motor, thus it is possible to attain the high output and miniaturization of the motor, and improve the quality.
