PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access a web page set to each stream at the time of reproducing a recording medium including a multi-stream section by obtaining external information different by each stream in accordance with stream reproduction control information read from the storing medium. SOLUTION: A stream reproduction control part 2 converts the stream read by a DVD drive 1 to picture data, etc., in accordance with reproduction control information in a reproduction control information storing part 3 and displays it on a display 5. In addition, it is judged whether the position of a stream under reproducing is coincident with its key by referring to a web page table 6 having a position in the steam as the key. When they are coincident with each other, the position in the stream is reported to a web page display judging part 7. The part 7 compares reproduction control information in the part 3 with the table 6 to judge the propriety of the display of the web page and informs a web page display part 8 of it.
