PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform appropriate approval by enabling various approving methods corresponding to cash processing operations. SOLUTION: When an operator (operator) of a cash processor inserts an operator card, the MPU 140 of a teller machine 1a (1b) decides whether approval is needed on the basis of magnetic information read from the operator card and an operation selected by the operator, retrieves/decides an approval condition by referring to an approval condition table in accordance with an operation concerned when an approval is needed, shows the approval condition on a liquid crystal displaying 145, reads magnetic information from an operator card inserted by an approver corresponding to the approval condition shown on the display 145 and controls a selected operation when the read magnetic information meets the approval condition.
