PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-cooling or insufficient cooling for various kinds of food stuffs, treated through heating, by a method wherein the operation mode of a cooling chamber is shifted into preservation mode, in which a cooling temperature is changed into a preserving temperature when a detection temperature, detected by a final core temperature sensor, has arrived at a set temperature. SOLUTION: Cooling of a food stuff Fb comes to a stop following a food stuff Fa, whereby a detection temperature Tdb arrives at a set temperature Ts at a time tb. The detection temperature Tdc of the last food stuff Fc arrives at a set temperature Ts at a time tc. In this case, there may be a case wherein respective food stuffs Fa, Fb,... are preserved, however, the extraction of a core temperature sensor can be detected automatically whereby a treatment that a chime is sounded continuously or an alarm lamp is lighted continuously by an information unit is effected if the next food stuffs Fb,... are in a preservation mode at that time point. Then, when the detecting temperature Tdc, detected by the last core temperature sensor, has arrived at the set temperature Ts, a cooling temperature Tcs is changed into a preset preservation temperature Tp, that is, shift-up is effected. |
