The invention concerns a pre-mounted assembly forming a sealing joint with integrated multipole magnetic encoder, designed to be mounted between a fixed support (2) and a rotating support (3) forming part of a ball bearing or a bearing, said assembly comprising a fixed armature (4) integral with the fixed support and a mobile armature (5) bearing the encoder and integral with the rotating support (3), since said assembly does not means for associating a sensor in front of which said encoder (6) moves, the magnetic encoder comprises a reduced number of pair of poles enabling the sensor to be spaced relative to the fixed armature (4), the magnetic flux of the encoder (6) being detected by the sensor to compensate electronically for the reduced number of pair of poles, the detection being performed via the fixed armature.
