<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the oscillator small-sized while preventing the influence of interference by providing sets of components of local oscillators on the top and reverse of a multi-layered substrate and incorporating surface earth patterns corresponding to the local oscillators in the multi-layered substrate. SOLUTION: Dielectric layers of the multi-layered substrate and a conductor pattern between them are arranged and via holes for electrically connecting the conductor pattern is arranged penetrating the dielectric layers. On the top side of the multi-layered substrate, the respective components of the 1st oscillator are mounted and on the reverse side, the components of the 2nd local oscillator are mounted. The respective components of a VCO 12, a low-pass filter 11, and a PLL 10 are mounted on the top surface of the multi-layered substrate and a pattern and a via hole regarding the connections, etc., of the PLL 10, low-pass filter 11, and VCO 12 are arranged between those components and surface earth pattern 15. Further, the components of a VCO 22, a low-pass filter 21, and a PLL 20 are mounted on the reverse surface of the multi-layered substrate and a pattern and a via hole are arranged between those components and a surface earth pattern 25.</p> |
