PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shift of a terminal when coining is applied to the terminal of a plane coil. SOLUTION: Concerning an antenna frame for IC card that the plane coil constituted by winding a lead wire 12 formed by pressing or etching a thin metal sheet plural times on the practically same plane is supported by an outside frame 16 formed at a prescribed interval along with an outer-most lead wire 12a thereof and an inside frame 22 formed at a prescribed interval along with an inner-most lead wire 12b, the terminal parts or nearby parts of the outer-most lead wire and the inner-most lead wire are defined as terminal forming parts 34a and 34b formed in bonding areas 44a and 44b electrically connected to electrode terminals 31 of a semiconductor device 32 by coining applied to all the surface or one part thereof, and the respective terminal forming parts are connected to the outside frame or inside frame by supporting parts 18a and 18b extended from the terminal forming parts or nearby terminal edges.
