The automatic door closer has at least one sliding piston (3), acted on by an energy storage spring (2), which is tensioned when the door is opened, contained within a cylinder space (4) which is filled with a damping medium and enclosed by a door closer housing (1). The piston is provided with a minimum play linear sliding bearing (5), e.g. of a wear-resistant thermoplastics, having a sliding section (7) and a reduced diameter section (6) pressed around the outside of the piston. |
