A turbine rotor disk (12) has a plurality of blades (14). Each blade (14) is divided into at least two separate blade portions (14a, 14'a; 14b, 14'b) in the direction of width. The separate blade portions have mating edges of walls (a', a''; b'; b'') that extend in the direction of length of the blades. Each separate blade portion (14b) of one of adjacent blades (14, 14') defines a pair of blade portions (14b, 14a) with another blade separate blade portion (14a) of the adjacent blade (14'). The pair of blades portions (14b, 14a) defines an integral blade member (20) which is attached to rotor blade disk (12) by means of root (18) that is made integral blade member (20) and groove (16) in said disk (12), which is configured to receive root (18).
