PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer lithium secondary battery of a high capacity and a long service life. SOLUTION: This battery is provided with a negative electrode 2, containing a carbonaceous material for storing/releasing an lithium ion, and the carbonaceous material contains a graphite-based mesophase pitch carbon fiber of which the mean fiber size is 2-40 μm, the average fiber length is 10-100 μm, and the specific surface area is 0.5-2.5 m2/g, and a vapor-growth fine cabon fiber of which the average fiber size 0.10-0.25 μm, the average fiber length is 5-25 μm, and the specific surface area is 5-30 m2/g. |
