PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical disk less liable to cause the deterioration of a recorded signal even when recording by overwriting is repeated many times. SOLUTION: A 1st disk 10 which is a discoid 1st transparent substrate or a 1st disk with a phase change type recording layer capable of recording optical information on the 1st transparent substrate and a 2nd disk 12 with a phase change type recording layer 3 capable of recording optical information on the discoid 2nd transparent substrate 1 are stuck together with a double-faced adhesive sheet 11 having 5.0×10-3 to 5.0×10-4 cal/(sec.cm. deg.C) heat conductivity to obtain the objective optical disk 20. |
