PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce circuit scale and to decrease power consumption by limiting a dynamic range of each circuit configuring a reception system of equipment, especially for each circuit after a secondary demodulation section so as to reduce the required number of bits. SOLUTION: This CDMA communication unit is provided with a 1st AGC circuit 18, that properly keeps a signal level of a received digital signal outputted from an A/D converter 14, and additionally, with a 2nd AGC circuit 19. The input signal lever to a correlator 16 is variable controlled on the basis of an output signal level of a digital filter 15, so as to keep an input signal level to the correlator 16 at a proper value by the 2nd AGC circuit 19. |
