PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program information generating device which sends common program information in each broadcast station without being affected by a fault of a program information collection/delivery device or the like. SOLUTION: A program information generating device 102 which sends program information of the local station and other stations is provided with a local station common program information generation part 204 which generates common program information for the local station and a program information sending part 203 which integrates this common program information for the local station with that for other stations received from a program information collection/delivery device to send then as common program information. Even if a fault has occurred in the program information collection/delivery device or the like, common program information for the local station can be sent.
