PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the withstand voltage performance to allow the miniaturization by setting the outer diameter of the glass single fiber of a glass bar using a glass fiber reinforced resin containing glass fiber and epoxy resin to a specified value range. SOLUTION: A glass fiber 4 vertical to the section of an operating rod is formed of a number of glass single fibers 4a braided cross. The circumference of the glass single fiber 4a consists of a hardened epoxy resin 5 which contains glass fibers parallel to the section. In this case, the linear expansion coefficient of the glass fiber 4 is differed from that of the epoxy resin, and when the epoxy resin 5 impregnated at high temperature is hardened and cooled to room temperature, a thermal stress is generated by the temperature difference. Since the epoxy resin 5 around the glass single fiber 4a is micro-cracked when this difference is large, it is necessary to regulate the thickness of the glass single fiber 4a. Namely, the outer diameter of the glass fiber 4a is set to 1μm or more and 5μm or less, whereby the withstand voltage performance can be improved to reduce the electric insulating length of the operating rod.
