PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the management accuracy and work efficiency of document information by making correspondent a business process structure and a folder structure when controlling and managing the progress condition of a business process and the document information of the worked result. SOLUTION: A work management program 114 of a work managing server 101 transmits the attribute information of the business process on a present stage and the document information as a worked result to a document managing server 102 and a folder generation/deletion program 115 and a work management information reflection program 116 of the document managing server 102 register the received attribute information and document information in process folder management information 109, work folder management information 110, document information 111 and document attribute information 112. While referring to public range information 113 showing the authority of access to the information 109, 110, 111 and 112 and the document information, the document managing server 102 controls a work retrieval request, document retrieval request or worker change request from a client 103.
