<p>The invention concerns an aqueous solution comprising at least an oleaginous substance selected among the polyunsaturated fatty acids and their salts, esters and triglycerides of polyunsaturated fatty acids, wherein said substance(s) are in the form of an inclusion complex in η-cyclodextrin. The oleaginous substance(s) can be selected among arachidonic acid (AA), eicosapentanoic acid (EPA), docosahexanoic acid (DHA) and their triglycerides as well as among fish oils.</p> |
