<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the functions to reflect a user's intention. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment is provided with a plurality of function parts 101-104 which function independently. A CPU 105 is so designed that it can control the functions 101-104, by controlling the power supply from a battery pack 110. A user makes setting so as to ensure the availability of one or more function parts for a specified time, by operating a key matrix 106 to select the function parts the availability of which the user desires to ensure or input the period of their use and the like. When a remaining capacity Qc of the battery reaches the total remaining current required of the one or more function parts so set that their availability will be ensured, the CPU 105 stops the functions other than the one or more functioning parts and thereafter stops the function given a priority of N+1, each time the remaining capacity Qc of the battery reaches a total remaining current required of the function parts given priorities (e.g., the order of selection) of up to N (N is an integer not less than 1).</p> |
