PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively condense reflected light. SOLUTION: This optical mirror is a reflection mirror 5 having portions having different transmittances. A half mirror portion 5a having high transmittance is formed in the center region, while a total reflection mirror portion 5b having low transmittance is formed around the center region. The half mirror portion 5a and the total reflection mirror portion 5b are formed into one body by changing the film density of a metal mirror material 22 or the film thickness of a nonmetal mirror material 23 both to be vapor deposited on a glass base body 21.
