CROSSTALK VERIFYING DEVICE AND CROSSTALK VERIFYING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a failure to be caused by influence of crosstalk at a designing stage by enabling sufficient and exact verification about the influence of crosstalk. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a two-dimensional data storage part 5 in which fluctuated values of delay time of combinations of plural sets of first load capacitance and second load capacitance obtained by connecting each combination with function blocks and preliminairly simulating them are stored by every function block, a net capacitance calculating part 8 to calculate adjacent parallel wiring capacitance and capacitance except the adjacent parallel wiring capacitance by every net from layout information about an integrated circuit, a calculating part 9 for fluctuated values of delay time to calculate the fluctuated values of delay time by every net from the two-dimensional data about the fluctuated values of delay time by making the adjacent parallel wiring capacitance correspond to the second load capacitance and making the capacitance except the adjacent parallel wiring capacitance correspond to the first load capacitance and a fluctuated value comparing part 11 to detect an error by comparing the fluctuated values of delay time by every net with a preset allowable fluctuated value by every net.
