PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm an operating state not only an operation input section of an external control unit and a receiver but also a state inside of the receiver by means of sound. SOLUTION: A control section 22 discriminates a state of an operation input section 19 and an external control unit 2, discriminates its transit state every time various processing instructed by the operation input section 19 and the external control unit 2 is executed and generates control information in response to the discrimination result. This control information is fed to a beep tone generating circuit 16, which generates an effect sound output with a prescribed frequency and a prescribed length. The effect sound output is fed to an adder 17, where the output is superimposed on a voice signal so as to allow an operator to confirm the operation applied to the operation input section 19 and the external control unit 2, the processing result in response to the operation and a current state by means of an effect sound.
