<p>An animal confinement/livestock control device comprises a means for preventing sideways movement of the animal (18, 20, 22) and a floor plate (50, 70, 80) for the rear legs of the animal such that the floor plate is only stable when both legs of the animal bear on the plate. The plate is pivotable about a longitudinal axis but lockable for entry and exit of the animal or when not in use.</p> |
