PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a person who carried out the remote reproduction and also the time of this reproduction and accordingly to prevent wasteful operation of hearing the reproduced business matter twice by transmitting the reproduced business matter to a reproduction request destination and displaying the information showing a reproduction request at a display part via a control part, when a reproduction request is received via a transmitting/receiving part. SOLUTION: When a reproduction request is received via a transmitting/receiving part (TA) 10, a control part (CPU) 1 instructs a reproduction request destination (reproducer) to transmit a reproduced business matter. Then the CPU 1 causes a display part (LCD) 13 to display the information (for example, the telephone number, etc., of the reproduction requiring party) showing the reproducer. Thus, the CPU 1 causes the reproduction requiring party to transmit the reproduced business matter and also causes the LCD 13 to display the information showing the reproducer when the reproduction request is received via a TA 10. As a result, a user can identify a person who reproduced the business matter and also the time of this reproduction and accordingly can prevent a wasteful operation of hearing the reproduced business matter twice by pressing a reproduction button only for a business matter other than the business matter that is remotely reproduced.
