PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically descriminate domestic/international calls and to attain the dial calling via a proper telephone line connection company by providing a comparison means, which compares a code stored in a storage means with a country code included in an input telephone number and a means which changes the input telephone number according to the comparison result of the comparison means. SOLUTION: A control part 1 compares a country code included in the input telephone number with a country code stored in a country code storage area 53 of a call number memory 5. If it is decided that the country number matches with the country code, the part 1 decides the input telephone number as a domestic telephone number and carries on its processing to replace the head symbol '+' of the input telephone number and the following country number with a domestic call number stored in a domestic call number storage area 51 of the memory 5. Thus, it is possible to automatically discriminate domestic/ international calls, simply by examining a telephone number including the country code and then to connect the dial calling via a proper telephone line connection company.
