Temporal information has the same format as temporal data in navigation information. In data searching it is used as a temporal value for a low unit of arrival time for a data stream. Any error in the start position of stream object units from a deficient definition of packet arrival time format is corrected without extra information by showing mismatches between start times of stream object units and temporal values taken from incremental arrival information.
