PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the control delay of closed loop power control by inversely spreading a received signal in accordance with a receiving timing from a maximum correlation detecting means and measuring the receiving quality of the received signal on the basis of the receiving timing. SOLUTION: The maximum function of results of a cross correlation calculation is detected by a maximum correlation detector 106, and the time deviation between a received signal giving a maximum correlation value and a replica signal is inputted as receiving timing to an inverse spreader 101. The diffuser 101 inversely spreads the received signal in accordance with the receiving timing and reproduces a received symbol signal. The received symbol signal is subjected to transmission line distortion correction in a phase and amplitude compensator 109, subsequently, undergoes quadrant decision about its symbol in a deciding device 110 and is returned to an information bit. Thus, the spreader 101 inversely diffuses the received signal to make it a received symbol signal in accordance with the receiving timing from the detector 106, and a receiving SIR measuring instrument 108 measures the receiving quality of the received signal on the basis of the receiving timing from the detector 106. |
