PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen the set range of an irradiation temperature and to cope with the irradiation temperature by fitting a flow adjusting mechanism driven by the vertical movement of an operation rod and adjusting the flow of a coolant flowing between an outside extension pipe and an irradiation test body. SOLUTION: A plurality of flow suppressing plates 7 are arranged in the peripheral direction of a latch finger 6 to effectively adjust the cross sectional area of a coolant passage 18. When a handle 13 is rotated to lower an operation rod 5, its taper section 9 is coupled with one-end sections of the flow suppressing plates 7 to press them downward against the force of a spring 8, the flow suppressing plates 7 are rotated around a pivot section by the principle of lever, the other end sections narrow the coolant passage 18 between the finger 6 and a heating device 17 to suppress the flow. When the handle 13 is rotated in the opposite direction to lift the operation rod 5, the flow suppressing plates 7 are released from the taper section 9, and the flow suppressing plates 7 are rotated to expand the coolant passage 18 by the force of the spring 8 connecting the end sections of the flow suppressing plates 7 and an inside extension pipe 4. When the handle 13 is rotated to vertically move the operation rod 5, the flow suppressing plates 7 are rotated, and the flow can be adjusted in a wide range.
