PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of damage during mounting. SOLUTION: The mounting device comprises a name plate (mounted member) 2 having a through hole 22 and a stopper 3 (synthetic resin member) having an insertion part 30 inserted by the through hole 22 in the plate 2. Here an insertion part 30 of the stopper 3 is formed with a pair of projection pieces 32, where the space between the both pieces 32 returns to the former space so that the pieces 32 are extended to the plate 2 with mutual space, makes the space between the both pieces narrow, and connects to the hole 22 of the plate 2 after insertion to the hole 22. Then, a restriction part 33 restricting a deformation quantity between each of the pieces 32 is placed at the opposite face to the top end side of each of the pieces 32.
