PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the style of lead terminals to the style of a surface mounted type by making good use of component which are currently used by embedding a conductive terminal in an insulating base, and projecting an end part of the conductive terminal horizontally to the flank of the insulating base and constituting a terminal shape enabling the surface mounting. SOLUTION: The conductive terminal 2 is bent in an L shape and embedded in the insulating base 1. The conductive terminal 2 is plated with nickel and united with conductive metal to constitute the insulating base 1. The insulating base 1, therefore, has sufficient three terminals for lead-out terminals of an oscillator. An insulating spacer 3 is arranged on the insulating base 1. On this insulating spacer 3, an oscillation circuit board 7 which is conventionally used is mounted and the lead-out part of an oscillation circuit board 7 is connected to the L-shaped conductive terminal 2 by using solder or a conductive adhesive to constitute the oscillation circuit. This is covered with a metallic case 4, whose claw part 9 is joined with the insulating base 1.
