PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge stimulated laser device with which laser output can be improved and stabilized by improving the phenomenon of deterioration of the main discharge electrode generating when laser gas is discharged and stimulated. SOLUTION: A hollow dielectric pipe, wherein a back electrode is arranged as the main electrode of a discharge stimulated laser device, is brought into contact with one of a pair of main discharge electrodes 1 and 2, a plasma is generated by the corona discharge generating on the outer surface of the dielectric pipe by applying high voltage between the back electrodes 5 and 6, and the main electrode which is allowed o perform main discharge is utilized through the plasma. |
